Cedar is a Semitic word meaning ‘the power of spiritual strength’. The majestically tall, pyramid shaped evergreen gives an oil that embodies confidence and firmly rooted spiritual strength.

In the ancient world, cedar from Lebanon was highly prized, so much so that only a few trees remain standing in that country. This was one of the most widely used incenses in the general Mesopotamian region and by the pre-contact American Indian tribes.

Aroma

The scent of the wood and the oil promotes spirituality; it has a sweetly antiseptic, calming fragrance.

Particularly effective for long-standing complaints rather than acute ones; has aphrodisiac properties.
